Other Pets Allowed: Dogs under 50 lbs accepted with permission and at the discretion of the Landlord. Picture and vet forms required establishing breed. No Pits, Rots, or mixes of these breeds. Landlord has full discretion on allowing or denying a pet, regardless of weight or breed. $100 extra rent/month/dog. 2 pet max. Cats are $50/month/cat. Full one-month security deposit and last month rent required for any tenant that has a pet. Pets with a biting history will not be accepted.

Pet Policy: No Pits, Rots, mixes of these breeds, or pets with biting history. Owners of dogs must permit the landlord to take a dna swab of the dog prior to occupancy, and to display the supplied "DN" tag which will enable staff and residents to identify the dog as a registered dog.
